Happy birthday to my youngest son, who turns 13 today! Now I have two teenage boys in the house! That's crazy sometimes, but also a lot of fun! :)
I've been chosen as the Warm-up #31 winner over at ScrapFit and am in the FITGirl spotlight right now. That's so great and I'm so happy to have this oppotunity. :) Thank you ScrapFit!! :)
Over at Veckans Skiss (where I'm a DT-member) my sketch was revealed and I also did a layout using it. It was a lot of fun. I loved to see how everyone used my sketch - many varied and beautiful layouts. :)
Her er layoutet ... here's the layout:
And here's the sketch:
That's all for today. DH and I have just returned from a couple of wonderful days in Rügen - which is a lovely German island. :)

Let's Get Sketchy - challange #30
Her er hvad jeg lavede via mit DT arbejde til Let's Get Sketchy - udfordring #30.
Here's what I made as a DT for sketch #30 over at Let's Get Sketchy.
The photos are from Spring this year. Youngest son and his cousin have fun with a troll. I've used some yellow acrylic paint, yellow mist, some left over papers, buttons and some twine.
The red dots are rub ons - which have been in my stash for ages.
The sketch.
Come on and play along. There's always some great sketches and many great layouts from the Design Team. :)

Let's Get Skechy
This layout is made for Let's Get Sketchy, where I'm a part of the DT. I just knew I would use some lovely photos from Spain with a gigantic plant (hortensia ... right word!?). I was really impressed by it's size. So beautiful!
I decided to use an older background paper from Webster's Pages. It's so beautiful and I think it matches the colors in the photos perfect. :)
A close-up. I've used some left over papers, different flowers, a piece of lace and some tape. The title letters are Making Memories tiny alphas.
I've also used a couple of pins and an ordinary tag for my journaling.

Sketches in Thyme & From Screen 2 Scrap!
I've been playing around with a couple of different challenges.
Number one is from Sketches in Thyme - the sketch is very cool, I think, wiht lots of opportunities. Photos shows DH and the outdoor kitchen we had i Spain this Summer.
Sketches in Thyme - September #1:
Background paper is Echo Park paper "For the Record" line. Love it! The hexagons is cut off an patterned paper and then I've used som left overs. Title letters are Kaiser Kraft.
A close-up of the hexagons (cut off My Mind's Eye paper). The tape is a smash-one.
The tiny heart is a sticker. And then I've used a bit of blue glimmermist.
The sketch.
A fun challenge!! I chose to use a couple of photos from our Summer vacation in Spain, 2011. This church i beautiful and is placed right by the mediterranean Sea. Many people get married there - both the Spanish people and also international.
I didn't know if the church will be considered as a house, so I found an old rub on with a house on it. :) I've used a cool bottlecap, a lovely piece of lace and some brads.

To-i-en / Two in One.
The layout I'm showing today is made by combining two different challenges. It's my first time doing this - and it was a lot of fun.
Over at ScrapFit is the criteria: use patterned paper as your background...NO CARDSTOCK backgrounds!
+ I've used the cool sketch-challenge #5 over at ScrapFriends.
The photo is taken in Spain this Summer. Oldest son is looking quietly at the water. We found this great place with hardly no people there. It was such lovely afternoon.

A little close-up.
And the very cool sketch!!! I loved the big photo idea! :)

Tillykke Emil / Happy Birthday Emil
TILLYKKE EMIL!!
HAPPY BIRTHDAY, EMIL!!
Today oldest son turns 15 years old. I really can't believe he already is 15!! It's like yesterday I had a tiny baby and now he's just as tall as me!! :) We are having guests this afternoon, so I will be in the kitchen soon baking a lot of goodies. :) It will be a very nice and cozy Sunday!
The photo is taken in May at he's confirmation.
Lucky me!!! :)
The background paper is bought by my husband ... lucky me!! Sometimes he buys paper for me when he see there's a sale. :)
I hope you all will enjoy the Sunday!

Here's a layout I haven't shown you yet. It's about my brother. On the photo he has a flower behind his ear - I gave it to him when we went for a walk in Easter last year. :)
